Last Updated: 21 October 2026
1. Introduction
Freelykick (Thailand) Co., Ltd, trading as STRONGKIDDO® (“we”, “us”, “our”), operates https://strong-kiddo.com/ (“website”). We are committed to protecting your personal data in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
2. What data we collect
2.1 Bookings via Mindbody
When you book classes, you are redirected to our booking partner, Mindbody. Mindbody may collect your name, your child’s name, date of birth, and email address. See Mindbody’s privacy policy: https://co.mindbodyonline.com/legal/privacy-policy.
2.2 Contact forms
When you submit a website contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the information you choose to provide.
2.3 Data we do not collect via the website
We do not collect national ID/passport details, biometric data, payment card details, CCTV, or health/medical data via this website.
3. Why we process your data (lawful bases)
- Contractual necessity: to manage class enquiries and bookings.
- Legal obligations: basic business, tax, and compliance requirements.
- Consent: non-essential cookies/analytics and optional marketing messages.
4. How we collect your data
Directly from you through our contact form and, for bookings, through Mindbody’s systems. Any offline forms completed at our premises are handled separately from the website.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for site operation and Google Analytics 4 for aggregated usage statistics. Our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies before they are set. You can change your choices at any time through the banner’s settings link.
6. Processors and third parties
- Mindbody – class booking platform.
- Google Analytics 4 – website measurement.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
7. International data transfers
We do not intentionally transfer personal data outside Thailand via this website. Class bookings are handled on Mindbody’s systems and are subject to Mindbody’s privacy policy and data handling practices.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and in line with Thai legal and business requirements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised according to our internal schedules.
9. Security
We use TLS/HTTPS, access controls, and role-based permissions. Staff are trained on PDPA principles, and we review our vendors for appropriate safeguards. If we identify a data incident that is likely to pose risk to your rights, we will act promptly and notify affected individuals without undue delay, consistent with PDPA requirements.
10. Children’s data
Our website is intended for parents and guardians aged 20+. A parent/guardian must make any booking on behalf of a child. We do not knowingly allow under-20s to create accounts or book online. If we learn that a child has provided personal data via the website, we will delete it.
11. Your rights under the PDPA
11.1 Available rights
- Access and obtain a copy of your personal data.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion or anonymisation where applicable.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
11.2 How to exercise your rights
Email: contact@strong-kiddo.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours and may request reasonable proof of identity.
12. Marketing
With your consent, we may send updates via the LINE app about classes and schedules. You can withdraw consent at any time within LINE or by emailing us.
12.1 Phone numbers
When you book a trial or class, contact us, or message us on LINE, we may collect your phone number together with your name and email address.
12.2 Finding new families and measuring our ads
We may share your phone number and email address with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) in encrypted (hashed) form, so that Meta can:
- find new families with similar interests to show our ads to. Your details are used only as a reference. You are
excluded from these ads, so we do not use them to show ads to you;
- tell us whether an ad led to a trial booking, so we can see which ads work and spend less on the ones that don’t.
We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in growing STRONGKIDDO and measuring our advertising (section 24(5)
of the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562). We share only your phone number and email address, never your child’s
information. We do not sell your personal data. Meta may use the encrypted data only to provide this service to us.
12.3 Your right to opt out
You can ask us to stop at any time, free of charge, by messaging us on LINE (@strongkiddo) or emailing contact@strong-kiddo.com. We will remove your details from all future uploads within 30 days. This does not affect your bookings or classes.
12.4 Existing customers
This section also applies to details you gave us before 21 October 2026. You can opt out at any time, as described above.
12.5 Cookies and pixels
With your consent through our cookie banner, we use the Meta Pixel / Conversions API and Google Analytics 4 and Hotjar to understand how our website is used and to measure our advertising. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link.
12.6 Retention
We keep data used for advertising for 24 months after your last booking or contact with us, or until you opt out.
12.7 Your rights and complaints
In addition to the rights already listed, you may object to this use of your data at any time, request a copy of your data, and complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (Thailand).
