Every class at STRONGKIDDO® is designed with purpose. We focus on structured movement and athletic play that helps kids grow stronger in body, mind and confidence. Whether your child is just finding their feet or ready for a new challenge, our classes give them space to move with intent, learn real skills and develop at their own pace, all while having some SERIOUS FUN! Each session is tailored to their stage of development and led by supportive coaches who bring plenty of energy to every class!

We recommend attending classes regularly to see the best progress in your child’s development. Depending on your child’s age and abilities, attending 1-2 times per week is ideal to keep them engaged while also developing their strength and coordination.
Yes. To attend STRONGKIDDO classes a membership package is required. We offer a range of membership packages to suit your child and your schedule. But don't worry, if your unsure whether STRONGKIDDO is right for your child, simply book a trail class first with no ongoing commitment afterwards.
For the parent & child classes such as Baby Bosses, Skiddos, and Jumpers, parent participation is required. In contrast, for the independent classes, parents stay but watch from the lobby while their child takes part in the activities in the gym.
To ensure personalised attention and a safe environment, each class is limited to a maximum of 10 children. This allows our coaches to provide focused support and ensure that every child gets the most out of their class. There are 4 coaches in every class.
Thats completely understandable and when starting something new, there's always that element of worry. We operate a safe and fun environment where there is no pressure and find even shy kids get active very quickly. We encourage and help first timers to feel comfortable and even offer a trial class so you can see for yourself how much fun is had and how easy it is for kids of all ages to integrate quickly.
