STRONGKIDDO® Parent & Child Classes
Our Parent/Child classes are designed to create a fun and bonding experience for little ones and their caregivers. These classes focus on introducing toddlers and preschoolers to basic movement, coordination, and social skills in a safe and supportive environment. Through guided activities, games, and exercises, children develop motor skills, balance, and confidence while parents actively participate and cheer them on. It’s the perfect way to nurture physical development and create lasting memories together!
Baby Bosses.
Ages: 12 months - 18 months (45 min class)
Our Baby Bosses class is all about helping little ones discover movement and coordination in a playful, supportive environment. With the help of parents, these tiny explorers enjoy sensory play, gentle exercises, and lots of giggles as they build their motor skills. It’s not just baby steps, it’s the start of strong, confident growth.

Skiddos.
Ages: 18 months - 2.5 years (45 min class)
In our Skiddos class, toddlers channel their boundless energy into fun activities that build balance, coordination, and early social skills. One of the key milestones at this age is learning to follow instructions and we make it exciting through our milestone sticker system.

Jumpers.
Ages: 2.5 - 3 years (1hr class)
Jumpers are always on the move! At this age, children should be able to jump with both feet off the ground, and that’s exactly what we’re here to celebrate and develop. This class is packed with fun obstacle courses, creative games, and movement challenges that build strength, coordination, and confidence.

Superkiddos.
Ages: 3 - 4 years (1hr class)
Our Superkiddos class is where little superheroes in training come to shine. With a focus on advanced motor skills, teamwork, and imaginative play, kids build strength, coordination, and confidence while having fun. Children are encouraged to take part independently, but if they’re still building confidence, a parent is welcome to join and support them. Our milestone sticker program keeps kids motivated, helping them push forward, track their progress, and feel proud every step of the way.

Our Parent & Child sessions are designed to help you bond with your little one through movement, play, and shared discovery. These early years are key for developing coordination, balance, and body awareness and doing it together makes it even more rewarding.
You’ll help guide them through climbing, lifting, balancing, and exploring in a safe, structured environment where learning feels like play. There’s no pressure for them to perform and its a real chance to support your child’s development, build confidence, and enjoy the journey side by side.
It’s also a great way to stay active, meet other parents, and celebrate small wins as your child grows stronger, more capable, and more curious each week.

Our Parent & Child classes are designed for toddlers aged 12 months to 4 years. At this stage, kids are just starting to explore movement and interaction, and our sessions give them the perfect mix of structure and freedom, all with you by their side for moral support and comfort
Yes, but nothing too intense! You’ll be hands-on throughout the session helping your child balance, lift, climb, and take part. It’s more about guiding and encouraging than getting a workout.
Comfort is key. We recommend activewear for both you and your child, but request that our little members wear their STRONGKIDDO® t-shirt. Its their first sense of uniform and belonging. Parents must wear socks. Please also bring your child's water bottle, and for little ones not yet potty trained, a spare nappy and wipes just in case. All equipment is provided, so there’s no need to bring anything else.
Absolutely. Many children take a few sessions to warm up, and trust us, that’s completely normal. We create a calm, encouraging space with no pressure to join in straight away. Our coaches are great at helping shy or cautious children feel comfortable at their own pace.
Each session includes fun, structured activities and obstacle courses for crawling, climbing, running, balancing, and lifting. We keep things fast-paced and varied to keep kids engaged, while always focusing on age-appropriate skills that support physical and social development with your help every step of the way
