STRONGKIDDO® ECA Program
At STRONGKIDDO®, one of our foundational services is partnering with schools to deliver a diverse and enriching Extracurricular Activities (ECA) program. We offer a broad range of sports and creative activities designed to complement the school’s curriculum, enhance students’ physical and mental well-being, and foster skills like teamwork, creativity, and resilience. Our program is tailored to meet the unique needs of each school, ensuring every child has the opportunity to discover their passion and thrive beyond the classroom.
Classes schedule
When providing ECA programs for schools in Bangkok, STRONGKIDDO® typically conducts three classes on the same day, with varying durations to suit different age groups. Classes can be scheduled on any day that works best for the school, and the timetable is fully flexible to fit within existing activities. The number of classes is also adaptable, and because our program is tailored to be age-appropriate, we recommend offering more than one class per day to ensure all age groups can participate and benefit fully from the activities.
Attendance
Each class within the STRONGKIDDO® ECA framework requires between 8–15 children and will be led by one or two experienced coaches depending on the activities and the number of students participating. We supply all the necessary equipment, allowing schools to provide a hassle-free, well-structured, and high-quality program that is easy to integrate into any existing ECA program.
ECA 45min Class Schedule
| Activity | Duration | Description | Development aspect |
|---|---|---|---|
| Introduction | 5 min | A quick introduction and chat between the coaches and the kiddos to get to know each other's names and characters. | Character development |
| Warm Up | 10 min | To get the kiddos ready and prevent any injuries, we do basic upper and lower body warm-ups, which include running and some agility drills. | Physical development |
| Warm Up Game | 10 min | After a thorough warm-up, we organize different warm-up games each time. These games are fun for the kiddos and also help them learn new skills, such as light reaction games, aiming to hit the clown, and jumping over obstacles. | Physical and mental development |
| Obstacles Relay | 20 min | After an engaging and enjoyable warm-up, we move on to the obstacle relays. Here, the kiddos will have fun while working out. Our obstacle relays are full of physical milestones that the kiddos have to achieve, such as climbing, pushing and pulling, balancing, crawling, falling, running, and jumping. | Physical development |
